Despite their reputation, piranas aren't actually that bloodthirsty and are generally happy to be left alone presuming they aren't starving. Unfortunately, whoever made this Mechaniloid didn't get that memo and has thus created a psychopathic killing machine that embraces the pirana's disreputable nature.
There is a variant of these things made of junk which is functionally identical.
