Despite their reputation, piranas aren't actually that bloodthirsty and are generally happy to be left alone presuming they aren't starving. Unfortunately, whoever made this Mechaniloid didn't get that memo and has thus created a psychopathic killing machine that embraces the pirana's disreputable nature. I think we should all be glad that the creator of this thing doesn't appear to have ever heard of the myth about the Candiru.
There is a variant of these things made of junk which is functionally identical. You'd think that it would be less aggressive or perhaps even have less HP on account of being made of random junk, but no such luck here.

- The original version of this enemy was made by Keiang, who named it something like Cave Fish in L33tsp33k cause he was like 13 and thought he was being clever.
