The main power station for the island, this facility regulates the energy for everything from the lights in the labs to the elevators in the Hunters' temporary base. Needless to say, it's a valuable target for any who would wish to impede the Hunter's operations here. There's a variety of security systems in place to prevent violent takeovers of the systems, but it looks like the station's manager Sparking Scorpio has gone mad with power, so to speak. His circuits are reading as dangerously overloaded, and it seems like both the defense and the power regulation systems have gone haywire with him.
