A turtle-like yokai Mechaniloid. Rumor has it that they were once ordinary Mega Tortoises prior to being exposed to some kind of mutagenic DNA data and adopted by a large Ratton.

- Someone once called these things Krappas cause they supposedly live in the sewer. However, the TMNT actually live in the storm drains, so the joke doesn't work.
