The Falcon Armor is an unlockable armor available after completing the game at least once. It is based on an armor set appearing in MegaMan X5. In contrast to the Gaea Armor, it is a fast and maneuverable armor.
Abilities
Head Part
- Template:AbilityboxWhen X takes damage, he converts some of that energy into a giga attack gauge. When full, X can unleash the Spear Storm attack, filling the screen with a hail of multi-hitting energy spears.
Body Part
- Template:AbilityboxAllows X to briefly fly in any of the 8 directions by pressing Jump while airborne.
Arms Part
- Template:AbilityboxReduces the charging level of the X-Buster, but modifies the charge shot to pierce everything and charge up more quickly. However, the hitbox is greatly reduced.
Legs Part
- Template:AbilityboxEngulfs X in a damaging wind barrier while performing an Air Dash or V-Dash.
Full Set Bonus
- Template:AbilityboxSurrounds X's Flight Mode in a damaging barrier and increases its flight time and speed.

Falcon Flight
Special Combos
Unlike the Phoenix/Hydra Armors, the Legacy Armors will have their on combination system, based on the ratio of armor parts belonging to a given set, rather than the actual armor parts themselves. This will allow for a much simpler combinations.
