Hurricane Hoatzin is a maverick appearing in MegaMan X: Corrupted, and one of the game's eight primary antagonists.
Description
Hurricane Hoatzin is first seen in custody aboard the Hunters Airship in X's opening stage, laughing about how the airship is being destroyed, and manages to escape during the attack on the airship.
