Ssh, it's a secret.

Launches X forward at high speed while dealing damage. Regenerates kinda slow. :(
Increases damage taken from all sources by 1 point, gives X a slightly larger hitbox, and squeaks when hit.

Combine this part with any head, arms, and legs part to instantly make that combo worse.
