Hurricane Hoatzin is a maverick appearing in MegaMan X: Corrupted, and one of the game's eight main bosses.
Hurricane Hoatzin is first seen in custody aboard the Hunter's Airship in X's Intro Stage, laughing about how the airship is being destroyed, and manages to escape during the attack on the airship. Later he is encountered at the Skybound Fortress, though what exactly he's doing there hasn't been revealed yet.
