Hurricane Hoatzin is a maverick appearing in MegaMan X: Corrupted, and one of the game's eight primary antagonists. Hurricane Hoatzin is first seen in custody aboard the Hunter's Airship in X's Intro Stage, laughing about how the airship is being destroyed, and manages to escape during the attack on the airship.
