Crystal Rafflar is a boss appearing in MegaMan X: Corrupted, and one of the game's eight main bosses.

Originally a researcher by the name of Seismic Rafflar who specialized in bioorganic chemistry, Rafflar was exposed to the Maverick Virus. Distrustful of humanity due to its treatment of the natural world from the very beginning, the virus twisted his mind until he became a full-blown ecoterrorist. Now Rafflar lurks beneath the island in the Crystal Mines, waiting for a chance to unleash deadly chemical compounds which crystalize organic matter.

Some of his early experiments are visible in the form of red vines outside of Rafflar's base on the island, which should go away without Rafflar actively maintaining them.

Final Four Effect

If Rafflar is one of the last four Mavericks remaining, vine growths will appear around the stage, forcing you to traverse more dangerous paths.

• Crystal Rafflar is based on the parasitic plant Rafflesia. These flowers are commonly known as the stinking corpse lily or corpse flower, due to their rotting smell.
• Rafflar's origin being known for a foul odor is something he has in common with Hoatzin.
