The Blade Armor is an unlockable armor available after completing the game at least once. It is based on an armor set appearing in MegaMan X6. In contrast to the Shadow Armor, the Blade Armor is focused on high speed and offense.
Abilities
Head Part
- Template:AbilityboxCauses the X-Buster to charge more quickly. Stacks with the Quick Charge skill.
Body Part
- Template:AbilityboxWhen X takes damage, he gains a temporary speed boost to all movement that lasts about 5 seconds.
Arms Part
- Template:AbilityboxEnhances the X-Buster's charged shot to leave a pulsing ball of plasma on the first enemy it comes into contact with, causing high damage to stationary enemies.
- Template:AbilityboxGrants the X-Blade as a secondary weapon. This saber-type weapon can be used while the X-Buster is charging, and can be charged up for a high-damage attack.
Legs Part
- Template:AbilityboxPerforming an Air Dash causes X to pause mid-air while the button is held, then releasing causes him to launch a long distance in any of 4 directions.
Full Set Bonus
- Template:AbilityboxAllows X to perform the Saber Wave giga attack when at full saber energy with Down + Forward + Slash, which launches a powerful projectile ahead of X that can pierce all obstacles.
